Continued packing my Kenya bag with useful bits and bobs .. washing powder and clothes line as we will need a smalls and shirt wash 9 or so days in … head torch .. multitool and some thin rope … my binoculars (would have been gutted if I left them) spare camera batteries, fixie stick.
Added some stuff to eBay including more photos of North Face Messenger bag as requested by a potential buyer then we had the nod so went to Yellow Box to meet wide boy removals company who are collecting my chest of drawers for long term loan to Alex. Plan is to recover all of our respective paperwork and bring back for a sort through.
Yellow Box done and we übered home.
In the evening I met the io grads for dinner at Mercato in Elephant and then we all went to Toulouse Latrec jazz club – they invited (and paid) for me as a goodbye from them. What a great venue – I really recommend it – food in the restaurant downstairs looks great too.
